In an effort to increase transparency and easy access to all disclosures, disclosure information will be available online for the 2012 Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium.Disclosure information for committees, faculty and presenters will not be printed in meeting materials.
Faculty Disclosures
Faculty disclosures will be available online through the ePlanner and can be searched by speaker and session.
Abstract Disclosures
Abstract disclosures are available online through the ePlanner and can be searched by author and session. By selecting an abstract number, you will be taken directly to that abstract's page on abstract.asco.org. A hyperlink from each abstract will link to a separate page that will include disclosure information listed individually by author for each abstract.
Committee Disclosures
In Session Rooms
Prior to each session, a slide will be shown that reminds attendees to visit the ePlanner for faculty and abstract disclosures. ASCO will prepare a disclosure slide that will display for five seconds prior to each presentation as that speaker or presenter is introduced by the Session Chair.
